Insurance and Club Dues

• Insurance:

  • Club insurance that is used for feld trips, breakage or theft of photos in a club exhibit, etc.

  • At least two clubs use waivers. Waiver used by CCCW is below.

• Club dues:

  • The clubs represented at this meeting collect between $40-$150 per member annually.

  • Clubs raise additional fees via donations, 50/50 raffes and CCCWWs organization of the PSA IntWl Competition

  • Most clubs have rental fees and possibly other arrangements with their hosts.

Participation does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Color Camera Club of

Westchester (CCCW) and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Participation. Participant understands that this Release discharges CCCW from any liability or claim that the Participant may have against CCCW with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, disability, property damage, incidental or consequential damages, punitive damages or special damages that may result from

Participation, whether caused by the negligence of CCCW or its officers, or members.
